Over the past two years, I-ON Security have been an outstanding security partner for Luna Springs. As a busy events venue hosting everything from intimate events requiring just four security staff to large scale festivals and fan zones with teams of over 50, flexibility and reliability are essential and I-ON consistently deliver on both.

I have had the pleasure of working with I-On Security on a number of events and venues and they are head and shoulders ahead of others. Other than being strong where needed, what they get different to other security companies is that they understand the event safety aspect of events and crowd control and movements of people and are definitely part of the new breed of security that we have all been trying to achieve. We were delighted to receive the below message, which was forwarded to us by the Forum Nightclub management.
Good Afternoon,
I am writing to inform you of a serious medical emergency that occurred just steps away from your venue over the weekend. My family and I were scheduled to attend the Desi Live event on Saturday, but my nephew suddenly suffered an anaphylactic shock, a life-threatening allergic reaction.
After calling 999, we were unfortunately told no ambulance was available, and we felt utterly helpless as his condition rapidly worsened. In our desperation, we turned to the venue’s security team, who responded swiftly and effectively. They immediately alerted the medical team on-site, who were able to stabilize my nephew before he was transported to the hospital. Thankfully, he is now recovering well.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the security and medical teams who played such a critical role in saving my nephew’s life. We will forever be thankful for their quick action and professionalism. Although we missed the show, we hope to attend again in the near future.
Once again, I kindly ask that you pass on my sincere thanks to everyone involved in assisting us during this difficult situation.

As an operator of an outdoor dance music festival, the importance placed upon security and health & safety is paramount. Planning of events starts months ahead of time and the local authorities require a thorough event plan before they will confirm our booking of the space we need.
10,000+ people, multiple arenas, lots of alcohol, plus a funfair can a be a recipe for trouble, but we are happy to say, I-On Security does a fantastic job. Director Bill Dyke was part of the planning from the get-go, attending all meetings with us in person. Bill calculated our security requirements to coincide with HSE guidelines, and controlled deployment throughout our events to ensure maximum safety as well as cost-effectiveness.
We have used I-On Security at our events for the last four years, and we will continue to do so.
